Quick Bolognese Sauce

Ingredients:
– Minced turkey thigh – 500 g
– Satsebeli Style Sauce from Olkom – 1 pack
– Onion – 1 pc
– Carrot – 1 pc
– Celery – 2 stalks
– Garlic – 1 clove
– Tomatoes – 2 medium
– Vegetable/meat broth / water – 250 ml
– Salt, spices to taste
– Oil Style Sunflower Oil for frying
– Dill for decoration
Preparing the meat sauce:
- Put the minced meat in a dry frying pan and fry until all the moisture has evaporated. Add Oil Style oil and continue frying until almost cooked. A light crust should appear. After that, put the meat on a separate plate.
- In the same pan, pour finely chopped onion, carrot, celery and garlic and fry for min. 5. Add peeled and chopped tomatoes, salt and spices. Mix everything thoroughly and continue cooking over medium heat for another min. 3-4.
- Add fried minced meat, Satsebeli Style sauce, broth/water to the vegetable mixture, mix, cover and simmer over low heat for 15 min.
Store, cook, enjoy!
