Homemade Chicken Thighs

Juicy inside, with a delicious crispy crust on the outside – these chicken thighs with Provencal Style 67% mayonnaise are so easy to make that they will become your “default recipe”.
Just a few ingredients, a minimum of preparation – and the oven does its magic: the meat remains tender, and the same golden crust forms on top, for which you want to cook again and again.
1. Rinse the chicken thighs (600–800 g) and pat dry with a paper towel.
2. Mix 3 tbsp. of Provencal Style 67% mayonnaise from Olkom with garlic, paprika and salt.
3. Evenly coat the chicken with the marinade and leave for 30 minutes (or overnight in the refrigerator).
4. Bake at 190°C for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
5. Serve with baked potatoes and fresh salad.
