Baked Beetroot and Spinach Salad

Do you remember the formula for a delicious lean salad?
Greens + something crunchy + something tender + something that will make the taste of the dish unique.
Fresh spinach, baked beetroot and soft avocado are the beginning of our formula, and the uniqueness of this combination will be added by a spicy dressing based on mayonnaise sauce with a delicate taste Salad Style 30%. Perfect!
You need:
- beets – 2 pcs
- spinach – 1 bunch
- avocado – 1 pc
- sesame seeds – 1 tbsp.
- sunflower oil Oil Style – 4 tbsp.
- ginger – 30 g
- lean sauce Salad Style 30% – 4 tbsp.
- salt, pepper – to taste
Preparation:
- Wrap the beets in parchment and foil and bake in the oven at 220°C for 80 minutes. Cool the finished beets, peel and cut into pieces.
- Peel and cut the avocado into thin slices.
- Prepare the dressing: mix finely grated ginger with Oil Style oil from Olkom, add Salad Style 30% sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix spinach leaves, beets and avocado in a bowl, add dressing.
When serving, garnish the dish with sesame seeds.
