Salad with tuna

We continue vitaminized. Today we’ll make a salad with tuna! Tuna contains a large amount of vitamin B6. In addition, tuna has a significant amount of vitamins A, E and D, as well as iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, selenium.
Ingredients:
- Tuna – 200 g
- Mix salad – 100 g
- Quail eggs – 5 pcs.
- Cherry Tomatoes – 5 amount Sunflower oil classic in spray – 20 g
- Balsamic Vinegar – 10 g
- Salt, black pepper – to taste.
Per 100 g of the finished dish:
- Proteins – 9.45 g
- Fats – 7.07 g
- Carbohydrates – 1.81 g
- Calories – 108.28 kcal
