Baked Sweet Potato

The sweetness of sweet potatoes seems absolutely heavenly when complemented by the delicate taste of a sauce based on green onions, herbs, spices and Vegetarian Style 50% sauce from Olkom.
These are such simple ingredients that we forgot what wonders they can create when working together. Let’s try!
You need:
- medium-sized sweet potatoes – 1 kg
- Oil Style sunflower oil – 1 tsp
- green onions – 50 g
- Vegetarian Style 50% sauce – 5 tbsp. l
- fresh herbs – to taste
- salt, pepper, garlic, spices – to taste
Preparation:
- Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly, pierce the skin on each side in two places with a fork so that it does not burst during cooking.
- Rub each sweet potato with Oil Style oil, salt and pepper, add garlic and other spices to taste, wrap with parchment and foil. Bake in the oven, preheated to 200 ° C, for 60 minutes. Check readiness with a knife: if it easily enters the sweet potato, it is ready.
- Remove the finished sweet potatoes from the oven and let them cool slightly. Then cut the tubers lengthwise from above, open the skin, beat the pulp with a fork.
- Mix the Vegetarian Style 50% sauce, finely chopped green onions and fresh herbs. The sauce is ready! Before serving, put a little sauce in each sweet potato.
