Avocado Gazpacho

Many original modern dishes were invented many centuries ago! And today we offer to cook the favorite soup of ancient Roman legionnaires. Gazpacho! And not simple, but with avocado and vegetarian sauce Vegetarian Style 50% from the Olkom brand with 100% plant composition.
You will need:
– avocado – 2 pcs
– cucumbers – 3 pcs
– water – 200 ml
– coconut milk – 100 ml
– green onions – a small bunch
– tabasco sauce – ½ tsp
– Vegetarian Style 50% sauce – 4 tbsp
– ice – 2 cubes
– fresh herbs – to taste
– spices – to taste
Preparation:
- Place peeled avocados and cucumbers, as well as green onions, in a blender bowl. Add water, coconut milk, Tabasco sauce, Vegetarian Style 50% mayonnaise sauce and ice. Blend all ingredients in a blender on high speed.
- Pour the soup into plates. Before serving, garnish with your favorite spices, a spoonful of Vegetarian Style 50% sauce and a cucumber with fresh herbs.
A light, refreshing and unusual green soup is ready! Enjoy!
