Bright novelties: collection of mayonnaise sauces STYLE

Following the modern food trends, Olkom has released a novelty – a collection of mayonnaise sauces STYLE. The new product has taken the middle ground between innovative sauces and traditional mayonnaises and has a fat content of 50%, and its composition is enriched with additives that create three rich flavors: “Cheese style”, “Adjika style” and “Burger style”.

Several factors influenced the Olkom Group’s decision to expand its product portfolio. In particular, a gradual decrease not so much in the consumption of mayonnaise in general, as in high-calorie foods. Ukrainian buyers increasingly prefer light dietary mayonnaise sauces. This is due to the trend towards a healthy lifestyle.

Another factor that influenced the decision to launch a new product was the high interest of Ukrainian buyers in flavoring sauces. They strive for variety, simplification of the cooking process and want to cook at home the same delicious dishes as in a restaurant. “Following the trends in the food industry, which make it possible to go beyond the boundaries of standard combinations, the Olkom Group’s technologists managed to obtain new bright flavors that will be interesting to various target audiences, – commented Nina Leshchenko, COO Olkom Group.”

The exclusive taste of sauces is emphasized by the unique packaging, which differs from the usual Olkom solutions. Matte texture, black background and contrasting shades emphasize the premium product and highlight sauces on the shelf. An individual color schemes help differentiate the tastes of sauces within the product line.

The design also takes into account the desire of Ukrainians to control the quality and calorie content of consumed food. The implemented infographic elements – pictograms – will allow the buyer to quickly get information about the sauce: nutritional value, composition and weight. And using the information of the “Fitness menu” sign will help everyone to independently build the right and balanced diet based on their own calorie intake per day.
