Serious personnel changes have taken place in the Olkom Group since May 26, 2022. Three members of the top management, who held key positions in the company, were removed from their powers and the employment contracts were suspended.
“For the period of clarification of all the circumstances of the activities of officials in a difficult time for the country, the Chairman of the Board of «Kyiv Margarine Factory» PJSC N. At present, the company has created a new directorate, headed by Irina Amelina, and the staff has been updated. “This is a strong team of like-minded people. And each employee is a professional in his field. Our goal remains common – to work for the victory of Ukraine and supply Ukrainians with quality food”, – Anna Oleksenko added.
The members of the renewed team will face tasks, including the formation of a new, high-quality management system, cost optimization and building an efficient production chain from obtaining input raw materials to selling products to the end customer.
The Olkom Group is owned by Ukrainian entrepreneurs Anna Oleksenko, Olga Oleksenko and Irina Kutsenko. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the russian federation into the territory of Ukraine, Olkom Group has been providing comprehensive support to the country in the fight against the occupier. Since the first days of the war, the company has given out about 20 tons of charitable products. First of all, support was provided to people in the regions of hostilities, defenders and rescuers, and local communities.
