Changes in Olkom Group top management

Serious personnel changes have taken place in the Olkom Group since May 26, 2022. Three members of the top management, who held key positions in the company, were removed from their powers and the employment contracts were suspended.
“For the period of clarification of all the circumstances of the activities of officials in a difficult time for the country, the Chairman of the Board of «Kyiv Margarine Factory» PJSC N. Leshchenko was officially suspended from her duties. The employment contracts with Financial Director S. Mironenko and Head of Security Service S. Tsitskun have been suspended”, – commented on the situation Anna Oleksenko, the main shareholder of Olkom Group.
At present, the company has created a new directorate, headed by Irina Amelina, and the staff has been updated. “This is a strong team of like-minded people. And each employee is a professional in his field. Our goal remains common – to work for the victory of Ukraine and supply Ukrainians with quality food”, – Anna Oleksenko added.
The members of the renewed team will face tasks, including the formation of a new, high-quality management system, cost optimization and building an efficient production chain from obtaining input raw materials to selling products to the end customer.
