Olkom Group employees were trained in the requirements of FSSC 22000 v 5.0
On June 15-16, 2020, Employees of Olkom Group were trained under the program «Food Safety Systems Certification (FSSC) standard version 5» The two-day seminar was held by Yulia Griftsova, auditor of ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC systems (LLC “International management systems”, partner of TUV NORD).
Olkom Group’s food quality and safety management systems are based on the requirements of international standards ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2005. The company is currently undergoing preparation for obtaining the international Food Safety System Certification 22000.
FSSC 22000 is one of the certification schemes approved by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and the European Cooperation for Accreditation, along with IFS, BRC Global Standard – Food, and is fully recognized by accreditation bodies worldwide.
During the training on June 15-16, 2020, the company’s employees studied the latest innovations in the profile area of activity, an overview of the requirements and the FSSC 22000 certification scheme (including the latest changes). We paid attention to planning and organizing internal audit based on the requirements of FSSC 22000 and documented procedures, as well as analyzing the results of internal audit and drawing up reports.
In addition to theoretical knowledge, each participant of the training deepened into the implementation of practical tasks, resulting in specific design solutions for the implementation of FSSC requirements.
